The Tennessee Titans, over the last two years, have thrown 4 fewer TD passes than any team in the league.
There are a lot of struggling teams out there – Rams, Raiders, 49ers, Browns Lions. But the Titans, with their run-dominated offense, have thrown four fewer touchdown passes than any of those teams over the last two years.

That is pretty surprising. Of course, it's by design. Unlike the Rams, Raiders, 49ers, Browns, and Lions the Titans have had success in the standings.
