Factoid
The Tennessee Titans have scored more rushing touchdowns than passing touchdowns three years in a row -- 56 TD runs versus only 35 TD passes in that span.
That doesn't happen often.
Since the NFL went to a 16-game schedule in 1978, only 16 teams have scored more rushing than passing touchdowns three straight years. Only two other teams have done it in the last 10 years -- Atlanta (2002 to 2004) and Kansas City (2003 to 2005).
Only two teams have put together four-year strings. The Cowboys, from 1993 to 1996, and the Chicago Bears (1988 to 1991). (No team, by the way, has put together a five-year run).
Tennessee also, by the way, has scored 61.5 percent of its offensive touchdowns on running plays in the last three years. This is the highest level (for a three-year run) since the Bears in the mid-80s.
