It's poorly worded, and for that I apologize. What you are looking at is kicking points. Dean Biasucci is the top guy. Followed by Brown. For the Cardinals, the No. 3 team, Neil Rackers scored 140 points but was briefly injured that year, with Nick Novak (9 points) filling in. Bottom line: Brown last year came real close to being the first kicker to score half of his team's points.
