They don’t call it the “NFC Worst” for nothing.
Five years in a row, the NFC West has finished at least six games below .500. So it tends to be a nice advantage when a division gets to play four games against the struggling teams in that division. (That possible advantage goes to the teams in the NFC North and AFC South this season).
