Around the NFL
I've been surprised that more people haven't questioned Matt Cassel. Kansas City just handed him a big new contract, and Cassel appears surprisingly high on the fantasy draft boards I've seen.
Isn't it a viable possibility that Cassel is just an ordinary guy who last year happened to be handed the keys to the league's best offense?
But there are some skeptics out there. The Kansas City Star published a column by Jason Whitlock that suggests that the only reason Cassel landed his big contract was that he was throwing to Randy Moss.
