The Browns will be without Jamal Lewis and Phil Dawson for their game at Baltimore, according to a report by the Associated Press.
Cleveland has signed Billy Cundiff to fill in at kicker. At running back, Jerome Harrison will start, but rookie James Davis also should get plenty of work.
None of these fill-in players has much value. Baltimore has one of the league's best defenses, and Cleveland's offense doesn't move the ball very effectively. The Browns have scored only one offensive touchdown in their last eight games.
