Around the NFL
Brian Westbrook is inactive for the Eagles, as are Donovan McNabb and Kevin Curtis. DeSean Jackson will play, but could be limited.
LeSean McCoy definitely rates a start in place of Westbrook, while Jason Avant and rookie Jeremy Maclin also have value, particularly Avant.
Somewhat surprising news from that same game is that Dwayne Bowe is also inactive.
Wes Welker is inactive again for the Patriots, making Julian Edelman worth a spot start. Randy Moss, as expected, is active.

Do you guys still think Randy Moss is still a good play, despite the injury report listing?

I think the Patriots wouldn't have him active if he weren't good to go. They really don't have much else at wideout; just Moss, Galloway, Edelman and I guess Sam Aiken. I'm starting Moss.

Note on Edelman: He's also questionable. So I would shy away from using him as a fill-in guy this week.
