Around the NFL
Recent news that Santana Moss had been treated by a Canadian doctor found guilty of trafficking in banned substances led to speculation that Moss himself could be suspended. Coach Mike Shanahan, for what it's worth, doesn't think that will happen.
According to this story, Moss' version of events has Shanahan believing that Moss will be OK. Asked if he thinks Moss will be suspended, Shanahan said "No."
A Moss suspension, of course, would affect both his value and that of No. 2 Devin Thomas in drafts this summer. Probably be a negative for the entire offense, as well.
