Do the Rams have enough playmakers to be competitive. A beat writer for a newspaper in St. Louis doesn't think so.
Jeff Gordon, writing for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, says he doesn't have much confidence in any of the team's wide receivers.
Donnie Avery "looks more like a No. 3 receiver than a true No. 1," Gordon writes. And Laurent Robinson "can't stay healthy."
St. Louis' best receiver, Gordon says, could be rookie Mardy Gilyard.
The Rams have a young quarterback (Sam Bradford) and a franchise-type tailback (Steven Jackson), but there just isn't enough there.

they are one of the worst 5 or 6 teams in the NFL along with Detroit Cleveland Carolina Seattle and Tampa Bay
