All four teams in the AFC South have winning records. That continues a trend that we’ve seen in recent years.
Other divisions (NFC East, AFC East, NFC North) get more pub, but the AFC South has tended to be the best division over the years. It’s got Peyton Manning, and there’s usually other talent in that group of teams as well.
Since the NFL went to its current four-division format, in fact, the AFC South have been the league’s winningest division.

If you look at team passing and rushing statistics over those years, is there a correlation to the division winning percentages?
