Hoping to start Joe Webb at wideout this week? Maybe he'll get a few snaps there, because Brett Favre is starting at quarterback tonight. And if you needed a few points at running back and were counting on Adrian Peterson, hope you have Toby Gerhart or a Bear runner available, because Peterson is out.
Info on both surprising moves is available right here. The Peterson development will probably affect more fantasy owners than the Favre one; Peterson was questionable on the injury report, but indications were that he'd play.
Just another surprising development in Minnesota's bizarre season, and a major blow to fantasy owners an hour before kickoff of Week 15's final game.
