Factoid
Among quarterbacks who’ve started at least half the time, Aaron Rodgers has been the best fantasy quarterback over the last four years. That’s what you get when you adjust the numbers to account for games played.
Below is a chart showing all 27 quarterbacks who’ve started at least half of the 64 regular season games the last four years. They are in order based on the fantasy scoring system of 6 points for TDs, 4 for TD passes, 1 for every 20 passing yards and 1 for every 10 rushing yards.
Using that scoring system, Rodgers is No. 1 – better than Brady, Brees, Romo and everyone else. I would have expected Brady to finish lower, but he had the one 50-TD season, and with him missing all but one game the following season, that mega-season accounts for a third of his score.
The worst quarterbacks (among regulars): Marc Bulger, Trent Edwards and Jake Delhomme.
