Around the NFL
The Saints have built one of the league's best offenses around one of its best offensive lines, with solid starters and enviable depth. That figures to be tested once free agency kicks off.
Left tackle Jermon Bushrod and center Jonathan Goodwin will be unrestricted free agents; losing both players, which is possible, would be a significant blow to Drew Brees and the offense. This article suggests Bushrod will be the team's top priority in free agency.
Goodwin, however, might be more likely to change teams. The Saints reportedly believe they have a capable fill in Matt Tennant, although that might be only a negotiating tactic.
In an ideal world for the Saints' offensive personnel, the line would return intact for 2011. If it doesn't, that could be a far bigger issue for the offense than the more highly publicized issue of whether Reggie Bush returns.
