Around the NFL
The 2012 NFL season is underway, and teams are starting to put together their rosters. The biggest decisions are at quarterback.
Seattle won't re-sign Matt Hasselbeck. It signed Tarvaris Jackson and could be considering a trade for Kevin Kolb.
Arizona is mulling whether to trade for Kolb or Kyle Orton, and it is also looking at Hasselbeck.
Hasselbeck might wind up in Tennessee, where he'd start until Jake Locker is ready. (That move would greatly enhance the value of Kenny Britt).
The Vikings also could add a veteran. They're supposedly looking into trading for Donovan McNabb. Washington won't have McNabb back; it could go with John Beck or Rex Grossman.
Also in play at quarterback: Marc Bulger, Vince Young, Tyler Thigpen and maybe Carson Palmer, making for an exciting week.
