In Tampa Bay, the Bucs could have contract problems with two key offensive players.
Jeff Garcia wants a new contract and is miffed that the team hasn’t been more receptive to giving him one. And Earnest Graham, who played well during the second half of last season, also would like a new contract.
Garcia is at the team’s voluntary offseason workouts. Graham isn’t attending, but says that his contract talks are progressing and that he expects to be at the next batch of workouts.
