Factoid
The Raiders fired Hue Jackson, and part of that could be attributed to team discipline. The team last season set all-time records for most penalties.
This isn’t anything new in Oakland. In the last 50 years, the Raiders have led the league in penalties 17 times, over three times as many as any other team.
In the 2011 season, the Raiders finished with 1,358 penalty yards – 173 more than any other team in the last 10 years.

How many wins have been lost because of these penalties? Would be interesting to figure out penalty differential in yards like they do with turnovers and see how well it predicts victory.
