Around the NFL
If Randy Moss was dropped in your dynasty league, it's time to go pick him up. The talented wideout, who played for three teams in 2010 and sat out all of last season, says he'll return to the NFL in 2012.
That's the story according to ProFootballTalk; Moss says he wants to "go to a team and play some football." Unlike Terrell Owens, who found no suitors coming off ACL surgery last year, Moss figures to draw interest from multiple teams. Perhaps even one of his former ones.
Moss certainly didn't offer much to the Patriots, Vikings or Titans back in 2010. But is he washed up, or was he simply unmotivated playing for Minnesota and Tennessee teams that weren't realistic playoff contenders? He says now that it was off-field concerns that led him to sit out the 2011 season.
Speculation over Moss's next destination won't be as interesting as that of Peyton Manning or perhaps even DeSean Jackson, but it's another reminder that the NFL season doesn't take a break for very long.
