Patriots / consistent kicking points

Posted Apr. 15 at 10:39 AM

With kickers, it’s hard to go against the rule of thumb that the better teams tend to create more scoring opportunities. Find a good team, and chances are it will have a high-scoring kicker.

It’s a formula that’s worked well for the Patriots. They have score more real-life points than any other franchise over the last five years. So not a huge surprise that they’ve also scored more kicking points – an average of 5 more per season versus any other team.

Below is the list of all teams that have averaged over 120 kicking points (per year) during a five-year period.
