Ian Allan
The Texans and 49ers look like the frontrunners for home-field advantage in the playoffs, while the Patriots and Packers should get first-round byes. That’s the way I see it, anyway, after forecasting every regular-season game.
There are 256 regular-season games. For each of those, I gave each team a number between 0 (a loss) and 1 (a win). If a game is simply too close to call, I just split the point between the two teams.
Using that process for every team and every game, I think the 49ers and Texans should finish with the most wins.
Other division winners: Falcons, Eagles, Steelers, Chargers.
Wild-card teams: Ravens, Giants, Seahawks, Bills.
Right there in the mix (but coming up just short): Cowboys, Broncos, Lions, Panthers.
Top-5 picks in the draft: Browns, Jaguars, Rams, Dolphins, Raiders.

I like the Texans but hate the coach. I just can't see them getting to the Super Bowl with that loser. I think the Ravens will finally get back Super Bowl against the Giants. nice rematch with a different outcome
