Fantasy Index Mock Auction
The man behind the Fantasy Index mailbag, Ian Allan, notched the high score with 148 points in Week 5 of the Fantasy Football Index Mock Auction competition. Wunderkind Andrew Luck led Ian's team with 34 points. Coming is second for a second consecutive week in the best ball competition was Sam Hendricks of Extra Point Press with 129 points. The overall standings mirror this week's results -- Ian's on top with a 41-13 record, followed by Sam at 38-17.

What's up with the RB rankings being updated due to Donald Brown's injury???

Barry: Vick Ballard should do well filling in for Brown this week. I posted an item on that yesterday. Complete, revised projections will be uploaded tomorrow, accounting for all of the injury updates. In regards to the Mock Auction, the team I purchased looks fine, but I think I've got too any injuries to hold on until the end. Amendola is out. Austin Collie is gone for the year. I'm not getting much from Cobb, Josh Morgan and Denarius Moore. I could be a receiver or two short.
