NFL Injury Report
San Francisco and Arizona have released their injury reports. (Playing on Monday, they're one day behind the rest of the league, who filed their reports on Friday afternoon).
Most notably, Frank Gore (ribs) is probable. He practiced fully all week (at least the 49ers say he did). Gore looks good to go for this game.
San Francisco also lists Alex Smith and Mario Manningham as probable. (Manningham missed their last game.
For Arizona, Todd Heap (knee) is questionable. They say he was a limited participant in practice all week. They've been listing Heap that way for a month and he's never played (he's been out since Week 2). Most likely, it will be Rob Housler at tight end for the Cardinals.
