Why the big drop for Cruz from last week's ranking?

Cruz is pretty much the same guy. He's fine. But Nicks is getting healthy, and now it looks like Rueben Randle is starting to get mixed in off the bench. Hixon is a viable No. 3. Could result in slightly fewer opportunities for Cruz.

Why is Santana Moss ranked so low? He has caught 5 TDs and Hankerson and Garcon are not doing anything.
