Vince Young morphing into Spuds McKenzie

Posted May. 23 at 09:44 AM

They don’t call it the “offseason” for nothing.

Still, from a distance you have to wonder if Vince Young is going to work hard enough to ever become a top NFL quarterback.

Young was criticized last week after photos emerged of him partying shirtless at a bar, apparently drinking booze straight from a bottle. And Young issued an apology yesterday.

But Stephanie Stradley Fanhouse at AOL Sports points out that Young was at six different parties in a five-day span last week. There are photos of all of those high-level parties linked to her story that appears today.

It makes you wonder if Young is willing – or interested – in putting in the work necessary to turn around his career. He played very well as a rookie, then regressed last year, throwing almost twice as many interceptions (17) as touchdowns (9).
