Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald posts a blurb today about the Dolphins’ wide receivers. In it, he indicates that Ted Ginn Jr. seems certain to be a starter, and that Derek Hagan also might wind up in the starting lineup.
Those two, along with Ernest Wilford, look certain to be Miami’s top 3 receivers. Most expect Wilford and Ginn to be the starters, but Hagan could press Wilford for a starting job.
Hagan says he’s “expecting to start,” the article says. “I waited my turn behind Chris Chambers, Wes Welker, Marty Booker. Now those guys are gone, and it's my time.''
Jackson’s article also indicates that Ginn will continue to be used on punt and kickoff returns. This article can be seen at the website of the Miami Herald.
