Confusing error messages after subscriber login?

Posted Jun. 07 at 06:02 AM

We're working to clean up some funny behavior on our newly-redesigned website. For instance, you'll notice that if you click the buttons above the yellow "subscriber features" banner and then log in, then you will get an error message:

"It appears that you do not have access to view this file. If this is in error, please contact customer support and we'll assist you as soon as possible."

We'll work on clarifying that wording. Those navigation buttons -- the ones above the yellow ribbon -- are intended to be used during the season, so that the most-recent issues are made available to you quickly (i.e., without forcing you to navigate through the login links). Just click the button, and you automatically see the current issue.

Of course, no "current issues" exist at this time. We won't publish any newsletters until late July. So bear with us. We'll get that wording clarified in the next few days.
