Anybody know why Wes Welker is #31 on the PPR cheatsheet, but only #53 on the SAME Adobe printer-friendly PPR cheatsheet?

You're mistaken. Welker is the #53 wide receiver on both of the PPR cheat sheets (the one with the stats, and the large-print version). He is the #31 receiver on the two cheats based solely on touchdowns.
