We are now delivering orders placed between 9:45 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Eastern time.
Our e-mail server was down during that time. If you attempted to order during the outage, then the system froze after charging your credit card (because it was unable to send your receipt via our mail server). If you placed multiple orders, then your duplicate charges will be refunded tomorrow.
