I see on the inactive lists at NFL.com that the following notable players won't participate in week 8:
LaMont Jordan & Sammy Morris, Patriots (so BenJarvus Green-Ellis should be New England's main back)
Steven Jackson, Rams
Darren McFadden, Raiders
Leonard Pope, Cardinals
Derrick Mason is active
Anquan Boldin is active -- but I suppose he'll probably play part time.
Both the Jets receivers (Coles, Cotchery) will start.
