Privacy Policy
Your secret is safe with us
Fantasy Index is committed to protecting your privacy. We will never share your personal information -- including your e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, etc. -- with anyone.
When you order on the web, we ask for your name, e-mail address, home address, and credit card information. This information is required to process and fulfill your order. We also ask you to define a password so the other owners in your league can't log in and view the updates you purchase, or re-route delivery from your e-mail box to theirs. We do not keep your credit card information on file, so nobody can steal it. On the down side, you'll need to re-enter the number whenever you order (click here to see why this is safe).
You can review and edit your personal data at any time at https://store.fantasyindex.com/members. Log in and click on the "edit profile" link.
Four or five times a year, we send e-mail announcements about Fantasy Index. We'll tell you when we upgrade our web site and when new draft guides are printed. If you choose "Don't subscribe" when you set up your account or any time thereafter, then Fantasy Index will not send you e-mail except in connection with your purchases, or in response to direct questions you send us. Fantasy Index occasionally sends messages through the U.S. postal service. Sometimes advertisers share our July flyer, but we never give them your address.
In order to provide better service and develop products you enjoy, we may share aggregated statistics about our users with advertisers, but we will never give them your name or any specific data about you. For example, we might tell an advertiser that "33% of our visitors have America Online addresses" or "1,700 people entered our Beat the Experts reader poll").
