How to enable cookies

Your Web browser must accept cookies in order to access the subscriber area of the Fantasy Index website (what are cookies?). Your browser's help feature should guide you through this process.

Here are cookie-handling tips for a couple of the most-common Web browsers:

To enable cookies in America Online 6.0 and America Online 7.0 for Windows:

  1. On the AOL toolbar, click on Settings.
  2. From the drop-down menu, click on Preferences.
  3. From the Preferences dialog, click on Internet Properties (WWW) in the Organization column. The AOL Internet Properties (tabbed) dialog is launched.
  4. To accept cookies, click on the Security tab. On the Security tab, select the Internet zone, then click on the Custom Level... button. In the Security Settings dialog, select Enable (or Prompt) to allow cookies to be stored on the computer.
  5. Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog.
  6. Click OK to close the AOL Internet Properties (tabbed) dialog.
  7. Click on the Close button (the 'X' in the upper right of the dialog) to close the Preferences dialog.

To enable cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 for Windows:

  1. In the Tools drop-down menu, choose Internet Options.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. Click the button to Edit cookie handling for individual websites.
  4. In the box that says "address of Web site, type in https://store.fantasyindex.com and click Allow.
  5. Then type in https://store.fantasyindex.com/members and click Allow.
  6. Click OK to close the box.
  7. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.

To enable cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 for Macintosh:

  1. In the Edit drop-down menu, choose Preferences.
  2. In the left hand window, click "Receiving Files." If the triange is pointing to the right, then click on it so it's pointing down.
  3. Click on "Cookies."
  4. Check to see if you have previously refused cookies for store.fantasyindex.com. Select those cookies and click the button that says "Accept cookies."
  5. Click OK to close the Preferences window and return to your browser.
