How to purchase gift certificates

You can purchase gift certificates in any denomination through our Web store or by telephone or U.S. mail. We will send the recipient a plain-text e-mail message that includes a special code number. The recipient can redeem the certificate by providing the code when he or she orders from our Web store, by telephone, by fax, or by U.S. mail.

How to redeem gift certificates

1. If ordering by phone, by mail, or by fax, simply provide the code number (including all dashes) at the time the order is placed.
2. If ordering from our Web store, then select the items you wish to receive.
3. Provide the required customer information: name, address, passwords, etc.
4. Confirm your order and enter the code exactly as it was provided (including all dashes) in the box that says "Coupon ID."
5. Click the "apply" button.
6. The total owed will change to reflect that your credit has been applied. If the gift certificate doesn't cover the cost of the products you've ordered, then you'll need to pay the difference with a credit card. If you don't use the entire amount of the gift certificate, then our system will remember the amount of credit and will allow you to use the coupon the next time you order.

Return policy

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If the order is cancelled, we will refund the purchase amount to the credit card that was used to provide payment.

Rules and restrictions:

• Gift certificates must be redeemed either through our Web store, https://store.fantasyindex.com, or by telephone, mail, or fax, toward the purchase of products listed in Fantasy Index's online catalog and sold by fantasyindex.com.
• Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Any unused balance will remain in the recipient's gift certificate account.
• If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
• Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
• Fantasy Index reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
• Fantasy Index is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
