Your personal profile

When you purchase products through the Fantasy Index store, we keep track of some basic information: your name and address, your phone number, and so forth. We never rent or share that infromation with anybody, period (see our privacy policy).

To change your password, your e-mail address, your physical address, or your secret security question:

1. Sign in, using our subscriber login at https://store.fantasyindex.com/signin.
2. Click on the link that says "edit profile" and change the relevant information
3. If you've never defined a secret security question, you must do so.
4. Click the button that says "update profile".

Or you can simply send an e-mail message to our customer service department, customerservice@fantasyindex.com. We answer customer service e-mail during business hours.

Why do we need your phone number?

We never telemarket, nor do we rent, share, or sell your telephone number. But we'll try to call you if we have trouble delivering products to you via e-mail or U.S. mail .
