Troubleshooting for Web login problems for "pay-for" Fantasy Index products

Are you using the right password?
If you used the wrong password when you attempted to log in, then your browser may be storing the error page, rather than attempting to log in with the corrected password. If this occurs, then you will need to empty (or "purge") your Web browser's cache.
Did you give us a valid e-mail address when you ordered? America Online users often forget the numerical portion of their address (e.g. they give us edwin@aol.com instead of edwin27@aol.com). The address you use to login must match the address you used when you placed your order. If you gave us an invalid e-mail address, you may correct it yourself by updating your profile, or you can call us at 206-527-4444 during business hours or send e-mail to customerservice@fantasyindex.com.
Your Web browser must accept cookies in order to access the subscriber area of the Fantasy Index website.
If you get the message No products available when you log in, then one of three things has happened:
- The product you ordered hasn't been released yet (e.g. you ordered the SuperFanatic package, but the first issue doesn't come out until next week; you ordered the August 22 update but today is August 20, etc). Fax updates are not accessible on the website.
- You ordered the wrong issue (see below).
- Your credit card hasn't yet been charged or was declined (see below)
Customers sometimes order the wrong issue on our website (e.g. you intended to order the August 15 update, but you accidentally selected the August 22 issue instead). Check your order receipt (note: receipts are e-mailed only to customers who place their orders through our online store), or review your order history online.
Perhaps your credit card was not approved. If your order was approved, then you'll be able to find it by checking your order history online. If your online order was refused because your credit card wasn't approved, then we'll send an e-mail to let you know. But we don't e-mail an error notification if you place your order by telephone or through the mail.
