Cincinnati plays at Houston Saturday, meaning Shayne Graham will kick play against a team he played for in the past. Who was the last kicker to do this (play against a previous employer in a playoff game)?

Neil Rackers in the same game last year. Rackers kicked for Houston last season, but he began his career with the Bengals (he was replaced by Shayne Graham in 2003). Matt Bryant of Atlanta almost played against the Giants last year (and Bryant is a former Giant), but the Falcons lost that game 24-2, so Bryant suited up but never got on the field.
