Atlanta and San Francisco play today in the NFC Championship game. Those two teams used to be located together in the old NFC West. When was the last time this happened -- two teams in a conference championship game that used to be (but aren't any more) in the same division?

The Colts and Jets, following the 2009 season. The previous year (2008), it happened with the Cardinals and Eagles.
