A:

AFC East. It’s current four teams have selected 10 players No. 1 overall. In chronological order: O.J. Simpson (1969), Jim Plunkett (1971), Walt Patulski (1972), Tom Cousineau (1979), Kenneth Sims (1982), Irving Fryar (1984), Bruce Smith (1985), Drew Bledsoe (1993), Keyshawn Johnson (1996), Jake Long (2008). If you want to include the Colts (when they were part of this division), you can also add in John Elway (1983), Jeff George (1990), Steve Emtman (1992) and Peyton Manning (1998).
