Bubba Smith (Colts) and Tody Smith (Cowboys) in 1971-72.

Matt Bahr (Steelers) and Chris Bahr (Raiders) in 1980-81.

Peyton Manning (Colts) and Eli Manning (Giants) in 2007-08 – and also were both named game MVPs.
