There hasn't been a lot of excitement about the Browns offense in recent years, but maybe that will change. Cleveland spent top-40 picks on a quarterback, running back and wideout in the past two drafts, and new coordinator Norv Turner is forecasting big things.
"We're going to attack," says Turner, going on to enumerate the players he's counting on. Josh Gordon in particular draws praise; Turner calls him "impressive."
Turner also talks up Brandon Weeden, and calls Trent Richardson "outstanding." There have been conflicting reports on how much the team actually likes Weeden, while Richardson is dealing with a nagging leg injury, so Turner's comments can be taken with a grain of salt.
Still, it's clear the team has some offensive talent, and Turner knows how to put together an offense. There seems to be little doubt the offense will be a little more aggressive than what Cleveland has put forth in recent years.
