Postal Delivery
Fantasy Football Index magazine is delivered by U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail. If you order before our press date (usually around June 10), then your copy will be delivered directly from the printing plant. If you miss the cutoff for the printing plant, then your copy will be postmarked the day our office copies arrive in Seattle -- usually around July 1. If you order after our office copies arrive, then your issue will be sent via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. If you order before 6 p.m. Eastern time, then your order will be shipped same-business-day. Otherwise we'll send your order on the next business day.
Delivery problems: Causes and solutions.
Customers sometimes order the wrong issue on our website (e.g. you intended to order this year's annual, but you accidentally selected next year's issue instead). Check your order receipt (note: receipts are e-mailed to all customers if we have a valid e-mail address on file for you, and especially if you order through our online store), or review your order history online. If you've inadvertently ordered the wrong product, we can easily and quickly execute an exchange.
Perhaps your credit card was not approved. If your order was approved, then you'll be able to find it by checking your order history online. We do our best to notify customers when we see that an order was refused due to a declined payment, but we don't bat one thousand. If you have any questions about whether your payment was processed, please contact customer service by e-mail or call us at 206-527-4444 during business hours.
Fantasy Index does not offer a postal delivery option for update newsletters We recommend you order our Internet updates instead. Those newsletters include an Adobe PDF version of the update that prints out just like magazine pages, and the analysis is vastly more detailed. Detailed information is posted in our online store during seasons when the product is available for purchase.
Fantasy Baseball Index magazine has been discontinued. The ink-on-paper edition of Fantasy Baseball Index is no longer being produced. Consider ordering our Internet-based baseball product instead. You'll get the player rankings with roto dollar values, depth charts and extensive team-by-team notes -- all in Adobe PDF format so it prints out just like magazine pages. Plus you'll receive our player projections in Excel format. Detailed information is posted in our online store from January through March.
