Another injury concern for Trent Richardson has some fantasy owners similarly worried. If this guy is a franchise back and a first-round fantasy pick, when exactly is he going to be healthy?
For his part, Richardson says he'll be ready for training camp. "Coach got me out for precautionary reasons," says Richardson. "It's nothing that big to worry about."
Richardson is currently dealing with a strained muscle in his shin -- not a big deal, but considering the various aches and pains he dealt with in his rookie season, it's something to monitor, and an injury the team is being cautious with. The linked report also mentions migraines as an issue for Richardson, although the player says those have always been under control.
If there were a game on Sunday, Richardson says, he'd be able to play.
Probably not a big deal, but a good reason to throw a late-round pick at Montario Hardesty if you use your first-rounder on Richardson.
