Sky's the limit for Kaepernick?

Colin Kaepernick had a strong second half last season, lifting San Francisco to the Super Bowl and plenty of fantasy owners to titles. One of his teammates thinks he can get a lot better.

"Even before he got the starting job he used to be the first one there and one of the last guys out," says Frank Gore. "He could get a lot better."

Gore thinks Kaepernick's work ethic combined with getting a full offseason of work running the first-string offense will be huge for Kaepernick. "As long as he keeps learning, working from the coaches and just being him, he’ll be fine."

Kaepernick is an interesting player in fantasy drafts as well. He's not as safe or highly regarded a pick as Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees and the other top quarterbacks, but his rushing potential makes him a player who could produce at a similar level. If you don't opt for one of the quarterbacks selected in the first 2-3 rounds, Kaepernick might be there as a later choice.
