It's offseason training time, when every player is ahead of schedule on rehab and looks great running routes, so reports need to be taken with a grain of salt. Still, it's hard not to be at least a little intrigued by positive reports about Kenny Britt.
The former Titan and current Ram looked like a star a few years back, before injuries derailed his career. But he's healthy now, and making a favorable early impression with the Rams.
Who's the Rams' No. 1 wideout? Tavon Austin, Chris Givens, Brian Quick, Stedman Bailey and Austin Pettis are the other candidates, and some of those guys have already had a lengthy chance in St. Louis. Britt, if healthy, could easily move to the top of that depth chart this season.
Oh yeah: he's 25 years old.
Those who have been burned by Britt in the past have reason to be skeptical, but there are worse wide receivers to throw a late-round pick at this summer. If you're in a dynasty league with an open waiver wire, make sure he's on a roster.
