The Seahawks are in the playoffs, and it might not matter much that they'll have to advance as a No. 5 or 6 seed. They're the two-time defending NFC Champions, and their Legion of Boom secondary has caused a lot of problems for opposing quarterbacks in recent years.
This year Seattle is ranked No. 2 against the pass, and they've certainly caused problems for a lot of opposing passers. But mostly lesser ones. Nearly all of the better quarterbacks they've faced have done just fine against them.
Seattle has played nine of its 15 games against Nick Foles, Matt Cassel, Case Keenum, Colin Kaepernick, Johnny Manziel, Blaine Gabbert, Teddy Bridgewater and Jimmy Clausen (twice). Bridgewater has helped take the Vikings to the playoffs, but none of those other guys will necessarily be an NFL starter next season.
The other six games have come against better quarterbacks. Here's how those guys have fared. Only Matthew Stafford has really struggled (and back then he wasn't playing well against anyone). Dalton and Newton added a rushing score (making it 11 total TDs in six games). Not so scary.
