The Broncos have the league's best pass rush and an elite cover corner duo, which could mean Pittsburgh's passing game will look to lean on Heath Miller for a lot of short, underneath passes. The history, however, makes Miller look like a decidedly hit-or-miss option.
Including the playoffs, Pittsburgh played six games against teams ranked in the top-10 in terms of sacks this season. Miller had very big games in three of them, and very quiet games in the other three.
Add in the fact that his quarterback is hurt (and that one of the games he was quiet was against this very opponent), and Miller looks like more of a risk than a worthwhile gamble.
