ASK THE EXPERTS appears weekly from training camp through Super Bowl with answers to a new question being posted Thursday morning. How the guest experts responded when we asked them: Which new coaching hire will have the biggest impact (positive/negative) on his team's fantasy fortunes?
ALAN SATTERLEE
First the negative side -- who knows really who will get in Chip Kelly's doghouse or not in San Francisco but after seeing DeMarco Murray have such a poor season under Kelly last year, Carlos Hyde could be negatively impacted (but I sure like his talent). On the flip side, with Murray having a new head coach in Doug Pederson in Philadelphia -- and one that would seemingly like to ride his stud running back as he's done in Kansas City -- Murray could be in store for a nice bounce back season. In Miami, Ryan Tannehill should only improve with Adam Gase as his new head coach (especially with the receiving weapons he has).

IAN ALLAN
Hue Jackson has tended to put together good running games — not only in Cincinnati the last two years, but also in Oakland. So I am intrigued by what he might do with the Browns, who seem to have an above-average offensive line. I like the look of Isaiah Crowell; at times he looks like a really good power runner. I think there’s some potential for things to really come together for him nicely in that kind of system. He likely will share time with Duke Johnson Jr., who’s more of a multi-purpose, Giovanni Bernard type back.

DAVID DOREY
I like Adam Gase as the new head coach in Miami. He’ll help ensure that Ryan Tannehill reaches his potential in an offense that already has the weapons to be a force in the AFC East. Gase will see that the offense makes use of their talents and apply them differently to each opponent base on what the matchup suggests is best. He won’t force a system onto the players, he’ll fit the offense around the talent that he has.

JOSHUA SIMMONS
San Francisco hired Chip Kelly to replace Jim Tomsula. This will be impactful for fantasy football in numerous ways, but for starters, Carlos Hyde would seem to now have a brighter future. Then you have good ol' Colin Kaepernick, who flamed out under the former regime but certainly has his fair share of physical tools to work with. Chip's interest in coaching Kaepernick is under scrutiny, but reportedly dates back to his days in Philly. January isn't when we dwell strictly in the realistic, looking ahead to the next NFL season and beyond. January is when we think outside of the box, when we imagine the possibilities. And I'm imagining Colin Kaepernick surpassing what Nick Foles and Mark Sanchez and Dennis Dixon accomplished under Chip's tutelage. I'm imagining Kaepernick posting oft streaming-worthy fantasy production, over the next year or two. At the very least, Chip Kelly is poised to drastically alter the state of this team's offensive structure, for better or worse.

SAM HENDRICKS
Lets look at our candidates: Hue Jackson-CLE, Dirk Koetter-TB, Chip Kelly-SF, Adam Gase-MIA, Ben McAdoo-NYG, Doug Pederson-PHI and Mike Mularkey-TEN. The winner will be Hue Jackson. I have my doubts that the 50 year old can turn around the Browns and give them a winning season (15 of last 17 have been losing), but he can turn their fantasy performance around. They can't get any worse right? He has the experience and no real expectations from Browns fans so the pressure should be minimal. First he has to get a QB and revamp the offense then comes getting the defense in order. OK can I rethink my pick?

ANDY RICHARDSON
I would love to get behind Hue Jackson in Cleveland, but I have so little faith in the team's personnel. They don't have a quarterback, and who knows what the new decision-makers/talent evaluators think of the current running backs. I was very impressed with what Adam Gase did in Chicago last year, and he has a lot more receiving weapons to work with in Miami. So I suspect Ryan Tannehill, Jarvis Landry and DeVante Parker will show up on a few of my teams next year.
