The Dolphins were a little unlucky to lose up in Seattle. Most notably, Kenny Stills dropped a long touchdown in a game the team lost by only 2 points. Now they travel to New England, looking for that first win. It doesn't seem likely they'll get it.
In his career, Ryan Tannehill has taken the Dolphins up to New England four times. Those games have gone badly for him -- very badly. Miami has lost, and Tannehill has bled sacks, interceptions, and fumbles in all four of those games.
On his behalf, at least Tannehill has thrown for 300 yards in his two most recent games. So there's that. But even then he's thrown only 1 total touchdown, and his team has gotten blown off the field.
If the Patriots defense is available, or just reasonably priced in a daily fantasy league, go get them.
