I like the fit of Kenny Britt in Cleveland. Nice signing, I think. He’s an underrated player.
Earlier in his career, Britt had multiple knee injuries and a lot of off-field incidents, but he seems healthier and more mature now. He’s been productive the last three years for the Rams, and he was able to do that while being trapped in lesser offenses.
Britt is a veteran, but he’s only 28. He can still run, and with that big body (6-3, 223), he can be tough to handle on the longer routes downfield.
Over the last three years, Britt is one of only three wide receivers who’s caught at least 150 passes and also averaged 16 yards per catch.
Nice signing by the Browns, I think. I like Britt a lot more than the player who replaced him in Los Angeles (Robert Woods). I’m not sure, though, that Britt will be better than Terrelle Pryor. Pryor was pretty impressive last year and is being transplanted into a pretty nice offense in Washington.
