Question
Who is the only man who has started games at quarterback for both New England and Philadelphia? Said player did his more notable work on the field in college. He is currently an offensive coordinator for an NFL team.
Answer
Matt Cavanaugh. He was the starting quarterback for the Pitt team that in 1976 won college football's national championship -- he was the MVP in the Sugar Bowl against Georgia. Cavanaugh was a second-round pick but never gained much traction in the NFL, starting 15 games for New England and 2 games for Philadelphia. He is currently the offensive coordinator for Washington.
