The inactives are coming out for the early games, and probably the biggest name for fantasy teams to wonder about was Allen Robinson. The Bears' wideout had a favorable matchup with a Jets pass defense that's generally struggled. But Robinson is inactive with a groin injury.

Robinson's absence should benefit the team's other receivers: Taylor Gabriel, Anthony Miller and tight end Trey Burton. Burton looked very good anyway, and now those other guys will have to catch more passes.

Same games, Khalil Mack (ankle) is inactive for the Bears. That's a plus for the Jets offense, and maybe will help Mack get back healthy for the next game; he was ineffective playing hurt the last two weeks.

Other noteworthy updates:

  • Royce Freeman (ankle) is inactive, as expected, helping Phillip Lindsay.
  • Robby Anderson (ankle) is inactive for the Jets. So is Torrey Smith (knee) for Carolina.

  • Washington will have Chris Thompson (ribs/knee) and Paul Richardson (knee); they're both active against the Giants.

  • On Monday, most reports believe that LeSean McCoy will be active for the Bills. He's expected to clear the concussion protocol, with the extra day.
