Question

In NFL history, what are the only teams that have played each other five years in a row in playoff games?

Answer

The Raiders and Steelers. That streak started with the Immaculate Reception game in 1972. The Raiders got blowout revenge in the first round of the playoffs the next year. Then the teams met in three straight AFC title games, with the Steelers winning the first two before the Raiders came out on top in the 1976 season. The winners of those three conference championship games all won the Super Bowl. Unless they happen to met in the playoffs next year, this will be the final regular-season game between these teams in Oakland. The Packers and 49ers (in the mid-90s) are the only other teams to meet in the playoffs four years in a row.
